Most of our home decor and small furniture pieces ship within 3-5 business days. Larger freight items may take 7-14 business days to arrive depending on your location.

Currently, POOTOO ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada to ensure the safety and integrity of our fragile home goods during transit.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
